Cut to professional bounty hunter capturing and returning man to Venezuala. While he is doing this task (quite professionally) he learns that his colleagues in this profession are being killed off one-by-one.  He would be next. Is it the CIA that is killing him because of earlier work he had done for them. That's what he thinks, so probably not. Solid start.
