Israeli.  An elite group of Israeli police plan to infiltrate a Palestinian wedding and kill terrorist responsible for 150 deaths.

All goes completely to hell. They are uncovered, end up shooting the groom and putting a gun to the head of the bride, chase after but don't get their real target.

Looks promising.
